Cirque was founded from a simple frustration: the world of sparkling wine drifted too far from joy. Prices rose, rules multiplied, and celebration became something to postpone rather than enjoy. We wanted to bring it back to where it belongs—open, generous, and alive.

Champagne is exceptional, but increasingly inaccessible. Prosecco is easy, but often lacks depth and soul. Between the two, a vital space disappeared: sparkling wine with real craft, character, and ceremony—at a price that encourages opening the bottle, not saving it.
