Cirque Brut Prestige is our brightest star.  The elevated expression of the methode champenoise and provenance Francaise is a wine that draws on Champagne’s noble grape, Chardonnay, while staying true to the its traditions.

The Chardonnay brings poise and creaminess...the pinot noir a richness and the result is a refined, layered sparkling wine:  elegant notes of pear, white peach, and toasted brioche glide across the palate, finishing with precision and length. It is both a tribute to Champagne and an assertion of Limoux’s own timeless craft — a prestige cuvée that shines with cosmic clarity.  Like we said the quality of champagne, just without the price tag!!!
